Everybody needs his memories. They keep the wolf of insignificance from the door.

Almost every client I work with says the same thing: Why do you want to know about my life? I’m nothing special; my life has been pretty boring.
Well, it is, and it isn’t. No one else on earth has ever, or will ever, be able to duplicate your experience: the things you faced, the laughs you shared with loved ones, the heartaches you endured, and the wisdom you gleaned. Nobody. Your life is beautiful, and it is important.
And it is beautiful and important in spite (or maybe because of) the ordinary-ness of it. Your life doesn’t have to be full of important accomplishments to be of worth. Your loved ones love you not because of what you’ve done, but simply for who you are. So share with them the stories of your life in the best possible way: in your own words.
